Shipping:
At Root Shakti, we take great care in packing, shipping, and delivering our products. That’s why we only partner with reputed national couriers such as Delhivery.
- Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time of order confirmation, unless there are unforeseen emergencies.
- Bulk orders (more than 10 jars) may have different timelines.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
- To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your phone number, address, and pin code before placing your order.
Return & Refund:
- Unboxing Video Required: Please record an unboxing video when you receive your order. Refunds or returns for damaged items cannot be processed without this video.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, we are happy to accept your return request. If you love what you’ve received, enjoy it!
- Opened/Used Products: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund or return.
- Reporting Issues: Write to us at rootshakti.com or directly call/WhatsApp at +91-9259467011 / email: cbemusicraj.com@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the wrong or damaged product. Attach images and videos for verification.
- Refunds & Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, so any refund issued will exclude return shipping costs.
